Yishiyuan Hotel

No non-smoking rooms in the hotel. Good location, lots of interesting street food nearby. Staff Not helpful, bell boys gave up trying to flag us a taxi, and reception staff seemed irritated at the sight of us. Rooms have best air con in China.

Vi var bare paa dette hotellet 2 korte netter paa vaar reise fra Beijing til Shanghai. Med bare en dag til aa se oss rundt fikk vi ikke sett saa mye av byen, men beliggenheten virket veldig grei, veldig sentralt. Standaren paa hotellet var fabelaktig, og de ansatte veldig behjelplige med alt vi trengte hjelp til, som bestilling av tog biletter til shanghai mm, og alle snakket veldig bra engelsk. Absolutt en by og et hotell jeg oensker aa reise tilbake til!

This was a great stay at a great price. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again for the price. It also was a convenient location for getting around the city.

We like the Minguo building we stayed over night very much, even though there is no lift for transporting bulky laggages and cars are not easy to get in to the gate in the rush hours.

This hotel has super fast internet, faster than the Ritz Carlton at Pudong Shanghai and Intercon at Nanjing. The new building is at least of Marriott standard. High quality interior decoration. The rate is well priced and view of the entire city is fantastic.
