"Great one night stop for the cricket. Excellent breakfast and staff who looked like they actually like working there."

The location is good, facilities are good and the staff were great.

Not a dislike but the single room en-suites are snug to say the least. Not a problem for one night but they are expensive for what they are.

"A great hotel, superb rooms and less than a five minute walk from the town centre."

The room was amazing, we took a suite and it exceeded our expectations.

The aircon unit was not the best (it was usually hot during our stay).

"Anniversary stay"

I like how quaint the hotel was and the rooms were very pleasant to stay in.

Unfortunately I do think the price for the breakfast is a bit steep. Due to this we unfortunately had to eat breakfast outside the hotel. I would have been nice to have had breakfast but £15 per person per day is quite expensive.
