Hotel Greenland – All Inclusive

Staff were outstanding, food was good, hotel was clean and well maintained, all-inclusive was good value for money!

Hotel is just OK, needs upgrading everything well worn. Not vegan friendly..Not disability friendly all room on a steep hill.

Overall the stay at this hotel was very uncomfortable, You have to ask for cleaning your room, the furnitures, the hotel facilities are very old, and I don’t think the maningement care to improve anything. The rooms were not sound proof and there was a loud music during the whole day played at the hotel garden for guests entertainment, and I could not rest or take a nap during the day. You have to pay for using the save box. Nobody helps with the luggage during checkout.

I like it hotel but should be night clip in hotel only this thing hotel doesn’t have

personnel was nice, animation team was good, comfortable room, plenty choice for food, nice pools and garden.

The hotel really needs to address the issue with very slippery tiles around the hotel. My son slipped on many occasions as did I and I saw many other people slip. So close to having bad injuries. They had a table tennis table but the bats were both broken. They had new bats that were brought out fir the organised tournament but they really should have decent bats for the other times. Bats are expensive. The internet was so bad didn’t end up using it.
