The breakfast was excellent. Good choice of cereals , fruit, yoghurt, juice etc. The hot breakfast was freshly cooked to order and all produce was top notch. The hosts could not have been more helpful. The whole place was spotless - beautiful house, lovely room (room 3), high quality bed linen beautifully laundered. Easy walk into city centre.

Wonderful place and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, quiet nights sleep and breakfast was superb. Wide range of options to cater for dietary needs too.

Nice clean place. Comfortable clean linen and bathroom facilities. Lovely comfortable bed . Great breakfast. Just tough taking cases up two flights of stairs but not undoable. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended
