Executive Suites Hotel and Resort, Squamish

We stopped and stayed at the Executive Suites in Squamish as we drove the Sea to Sky Highway and on our way to Whistler. We were very happy with the hotel. I had booked a king room, but didn't realize it was like a suite. It was lovely. We had a small kitchenette, a balcony, living room, bathroom and separate bedroom. We had a small balcony off the living room and the views were stunning. The room was spotlessly clean, the staff was very nice, the hotel was really pretty and did I say the view from our room and balcony was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel if you find yourself in town. Parking was free and easy. It is a bit out of Squamish, so if you don't want to eat at the restaurant at the hotel you will have to drive, but that is a minor problem. We didn't really consider it a problem at all.

My favourite hotel in Squamish, by far. Every room has a kitchen. There is an outdoor pool and a hot tub. And the views on both sides of the building are fabulous. The staff are so wonderful every time I've been there, and the beds are the comfiest! There is secure underground parking, some rooms have laundry (apartment rooms), and I have never had an issue with noise. I love this place and highly recommend it. The Free Bird restaurant is excellent as well.

It's a shame the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, so bear that in mind if you stay on those days and want food. I wish the TVs were smart TVs and not Chromecast, but that's just personal preference.

Everything. We had a fantastic stay

Fresh, modern, clean, well-equipped studio room. Welcoming reception. Good location. Pool appreciated in the warm weather.

1. The fact that the restaurant and bar were closed for two days out of our three, and we were not informed until after we had booked. We were a large group with 6 rooms booked after a family wedding. We had a nice meal and drinks the first night but disappointed with lack of facilities for breakfast/drinks and dinner thereafter. 2. Playground was under construction and we had our young grandchild staying in the hotel as well.

The quietness. The room was comfortable.

The noise from the pool pump and ice machine. The restaurant was disappointing. Last time there was an oyster bar. Pizza oven would be great.

We stayed at the Executive Inn when we came over for the Squamish Enduro bike race. The property has a bike wash and even allows bikes in the rooms. Quiet, well appointed, and excellent customer service. We will stay here again when in Squamish
