The best part of this property was the staff. Super friendly, courteous and professional

Many items were unavailable. No hot breakfast (brown bag snacks instead) no coffee (front desk staff did refill at my request) no body wash (the bottle in the shower was empty) no poop bags in the pet clean up station, no ice in the ice machine.

I booked what was supposed to be a jacuzzi room. The property recently changed hands, and Hilton removed all the Jacuzzis. The woman reduced the price very slightly. The ice machine was broken, but that wouldn't have mattered, because company policy is no cups. Not even to rinse in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough. The room was clean. Breakfast was a brown bag to go. Didn't grab one, don't know what was in it. Saw no coffee. Nor a good value, at all. Didn't bother contacting Booking.com, because I've never gotten any service from them.

The Front Desk Clerk was wonderful

First there were teens in the hotel smoking. The hallway reeked of marijuana smell. I had young kids with me. There was no ice in the hotel. it said breakfast would be available, there was nothing but coffee. The noise from the floor above us loud i got no sleep. I am a Hilton honors Member and this is the worst stay i have ever had. i understand that the hotel is under construction, it should have been made aware of before hand. Also they were out of Pillows and Linen, Not only that who ever cleaned the room were in did not do a good job, there were several bites of chicken or something fried on the floor in several places.

Hotel is under renovation, due to be completed end of May 2025. Limited number of rooms available. No hot breakfasts, brown bag only. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Outside seating(benches or chairs) would be a welcome addition.

The bed was good, bath was good.

Hotel was being remodeled which would have changed our plan to stay No signs to let us know that we had arrived had to ask. No breakfast available just a minimum bag breakfast Wehad requested 1st floor and was put on 3rd floor as no 1st floor rooms where available The room had minimal furnishings no drawers, no chairs with lamps, no luggage stand, no clock. Way over priced for the facility

This is the second time staying here. While driving home from Florida. Will definitely stay next year.

Even though the hotel was under renovations they still made accommodations for their guest The new rooms were clean they were big they were spacious the bed was comfortable once up and running I'm sure it will be a good place for friends and family to go
