Geri was amazing. Friendly upon my arrival and during my stay. I met Brandi on my departure day and she was a kind soul! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very clean, comfortable and great location. I always check for bugs and found NONE.

The A/C seemed to kick off one or two degrees higher than what I sat it on. Kinda stuffy in the room because of that. NOISE 🫣 between the next room. Which wasn't really excessive in nature...a group of maybe 3 ladies...came in late like 11pm...Just as I was thinking of going to sleep. I could hear EVERY word...laughing...singing....cussing the F-word. Mostly acting silly etc... till like 2am. Wasn't worth complaining because they weren't really doing anything wrong...they werent yelling really just having a good time. But it was coming through the adjoining doors. I would recommend they seal those doorways. Or don't put single people in joining rooms with doors that leak each other room noise. Really loved it except that was really annoying. I had to be up at 5am. 😑 I would stay again and ask to be separate from a booked or joining room though.

There wasn't any breakfast that I saw. It was a very comfortable bed and pillows.

Couldn't sleep due to the phone flashed all night. The smoke detector, located right over the bed, flashed all night. Two inch gap under our door that let in lots of light.

Was denied my room upon arrival because of my service dog… she said all pet rooms were taken despite me explaining my dog is a trained medical alert service dog for epilepsy

We reserved this property and when we arrived, they tried to give us a different room type than what we had reserved. It was also past the check in time and our room wasn’t ready. Thankfully they canceled the room but THEN said they can’t guarantee it will be refunded. Very frustrated with the whole process!

I got a accessible room. I liked how spacious, clean, and homie it was. Just had one major flaw.

I got an accessible room because I am a paraplegic in a wheelchair. The room I booked online showed an accessible shower to accommodate me. Once my husband and I got there, 3-4 hours away from home, we saw the shower was just a small normal size. Definitely couldn't fit me on there on my shower chair due to the glass sliding doors being so close to the wall. It was a one person sized shower that I paid extra not to have. When I said something about it to the front desk, they told us we could have a couple drinks from their little side area to take care of the inconvenience.
