Great service, welcoming, breakfast good but need to change the eggs scrambled maybe.

Hotel para pasar una noche y tiene desayuno incluido que está bastante bien

La primera habitación que nos dieron olía a pis, tuvimos que pedir el cambio de habitación y en la nueva habitación se atascaba el wc y tuvimos que llamar para que nos lo desatascaran.

The bed and sheets were very comfortable.

Lift does not work and we have to carry the luggage up. We went down at 7.30am for breakfast and there was nothing…apparently there was a tour bus that cleared everything out. We had to wait for 30mins for refill.

The size of the room was larger than expected. Really a pleasant surprise to see the size of the room in comparison to the price paid. The staff was very friendly. In particular, April was great in addressing our concerns with the neighbor above our room who were constantly stomping feet and creating a noisy disturbance. She addressed the neighbor and after multiple attempts to provide accommodations, she helped us in securing another room to help my wife and I rest after a long day of travel. The breakfast provided was good and sufficient. A good amount of options.

The location was not the best but not horrible. It was near to a train that it would honk during the night time and early in the morning. I would suggest bringing earplugs to help with this. While the A/C was great, it was on the noisy side but we made it work. The room walls were not as thick. If you happen to have a inconsiderate neighbor, your best course of action is to bring it up with the staff to address.
