Hotel Royal Village

There were some positives: the view from the swimming pool area was very nice, the breakfasts were tasty, and the coffee was excellent. The staff at breakfast and the pool bar were very good. The front desk was also helpful at first, but once I reported the air conditioning problem, one staff member entered into an unnecessary discussion and made remarks that were not helpful or professional.

The hotel was very average and, in my opinion, had little to do with a true four-star property. The rooms were small, cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathrooms felt old, neglected and in need of renovation. Calling this hotel overpriced would be putting it mildly. The biggest issue was the air conditioning in the room I was initially given. It was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. The hotel only moved me to another room after I raised the issue officially by email, which should not be necessary in a hotel of this category.

Large area with lots of facilities. Within easy walking distance of the lake. Good choice of breakfast items. Good air conditioning.

Air conditioning fan from neighbouring building was quite loud when the window was open.

Mooi luxe hotel met fijn zwembad! Wij hadden de junior suite en deze was zo goed als nieuw! Ontbijt was goed met keuze uit twee restaurants. Hele eerlijke prijzen voor lunch en drankjes bij hotel bar.

Frühstück sensationell , Pool ,Essen ,Zimmerausstattung und die Dame bei den Hantuch Ausgabe war sehr freundlich auch der Bademeister Tomasso war auch sehr freundlich Auch das Reinigungspersonal war freundlich

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich und auch nicht Auskunfts freundlich. Der Shuttleservice war nicht freundlich wirkte eher genervt Die Betten waren nur zusammengeschoben und nicht befestigt sind immer auserinandergerutscht

Die neue Gestaltung

Das Angebot vom Essen ist seit heuer nicht mehr so abwechslungsreich und die Getränke werden auch nicht mehr frei angeboten. Die Preise für das Bier von 8 € ist schon ziemlich frech. Wir waren die letzten 12 Jahre jedes Jahr Gast aber voraussichtlich das letzte Mal
