When booking half board, please note that water and house wine are included. Room rates on 31 December include a gala dinner. Extra guests will be charged separately. When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Up to two small dogs per room (maximum overall weight of 10 kg) are admitted on request and upon acceptance of the internal regulation, with the supplement of Euro 30 per day each one. Larger dogs and all other animals, regardless of their weight and size, are not allowed.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. A deposit may be required at the property.

Hotel meraviglioso. Posizione rialzata che permette di avere sempre una bellissima vista lago. Diverse piscine utilizzabili. Tutte le aree frequentate le ho trovate pulitissime e per un hotel davvero così grande credo sia il vero PLUS. La colazione davvero buona: prodotti ottimi, buffet sempre rimpiazzato e servizio molto veloce. Staff disponibile e attento alle allergie, intolleranze. Struttura globalmente ottima.

Pur avendo tanti arrivi, ho trovato il check-in molto veloce. E’ un hotel davvero molto bello e con tanti punti di forza avrei preferito certamente un check-in più attento. In fase di check-out abbiamo richiesto se possibile di lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio fino alle 13:30. La risposta che ci è stata data direi che non è stata il massimo e non mi pare di aver chiesto chissà cosa (check out ore 10 e nuovi check in ore 15). Ad ogni modo un NO andrebbe sempre argomentato.
