"Stay away from the restaurant attached"

Beautiful hotel, the location was a short drive (2miles) from stores and anything that you could need while you were staying here. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. We had included breakfast with our stay, and that is where our stay became a 2. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but the restaurant attached does. Ok, not a problem. We loaded our car, and I went in to see how long of a wait it would be. The gentleman at the hostess booth, asked who I assume was the manager. He started off very nice, we said pleasantries, and when I asked him how long of a wait it would be he instantly got snarky and rude. His response was "we're not Mcdonalds it will be what it will be." I simply said, "I'm aware, we're just trying to see if it could fit into our schedule." He once again responded extremely rude. I told him it was completely uncalled for and inappropriate. I then filed a complaint with the hotel, and they did refund me for the breakfast portion.

"Attractive hotel with nice pool and jacuzzi"

Rooms are super spacious and had a separate living space with TV which suited us perfectly. Jacuzzi and swimming pool were nice. Was a little expensive compared to other hotels during our stay in the US.

Breakfast is in an attached restaurant and not great as were told only one hot drink permitted per person which is not ideal, my tea was quite small! Also, kids breakfast did not include any fruit, we were told we had to pay extra for kids to have fruit which should not be the case if breakfast is included and they are already having a smaller kids breakfast. We ordered fruit for them anyway and in the end they didn't charge us extra, not sure why!

Location is great

The laundry machine and dryer does not work well. Interface with booking is backwards - did not receive the change of name on the reservation and didn't agree to check us in.

The girl at check in and the girl at check out were so nice, friendly and efficient.

The breakfast that I booked with the room was in the restaurant on the ground floor. All o got for my breakfast was an omelette. Toast , juice , coffee and tea were extra. I highly reccomend not going there for breakfast.

"Suites are great and comfortable but beware that their breakfast is table service and not buffet."

Very clean and comfortable suites

I expected a quick buffet breakfast but they sent us to the restaurant where it took them over an hour to serve our food. Not ideal for a family on the go.
