Close and awesome staff!! Shuttle was such a plus.

Property has a very nice staff and is cery conviently located near popular attraction and event centers

Bed was super soft. Everything clean. Good location. Nice to have a shuttle, though things aren’t always like advertised since situations on the ground can change.

The staff at this hotel was SO nice! We loved the ladies at the front desk. The hotel itself was very nice as well.

Room was in rough shape - mattress was dreadful, bowed in the middle, tough to sleep on...there was mold (?) on the ceiling above the beds...lots of wear and tear across the room.

Convenient location

It was great other than not enough coffee in the lobby. The person at the front desk was not very accommodating when I asked where there would be more coffee other than that it was a great stay.

carpete meio grudento, não dava para andar descalço pelo quarto reservamos pelo booking com café da manhã incluso, todavia no 1o dia fomos cobrados pelo café. O Staff do hotel disse que não estava incluso mesmo mostrando que a reserva dizia estar, não se prontificaram a ajudar a resolver. Tive que escrever para o Booking , que também não respondeu mas, pelo menos no 2o dia constava como incluso.

Everyone we spoke to in the staff was amazing! Very friendly! Even security outside making sure we had reservations when all the tailgaters were around!
