Nous avons séjourné au Baan Sai Resort et notre avis est partagé. Tout d’abord, nous tenons vraiment à souligner la grande gentillesse du personnel. Que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant ou au service d’entretien, tout le monde est chaleureux, disponible et toujours prêt à aider. C’est clairement le point fort de l’établissement. L’emplacement est agréable et l’hôtel a beaucoup de potentiel. Il est également possible de louer des véhicules voiture ou scooter très bien pour les déplacements sur l'île. .

En revanche, nous avons été très déçus par l’état général de l’hôtel. Nous nous attendions à un lieu plus propre et mieux entretenu, notamment les espaces extérieurs. Malheureusement, la végétation semble reprendre ses droits et donne une impression d’abandon. La vue depuis notre chambre n’était pas des plus agréables.🤔 Malheureusement, les chambres ne sont pas strictement bien nettoyées et l’entretien global laisse à désirer. Les extérieurs mériteraient également davantage de soin. C’est dommage, car le cadre pourrait être vraiment magnifique avec un meilleur entretien. Concernant les piscines, elles ne sont ensoleillées que le matin. L’après-midi, elles sont entièrement à l’ombre, l’eau est plutôt froide et surtout l’entretien laisse clairement à désirer. Il est regrettable de voir un établissement aussi bien situé se dégrader de la sorte. En résumé, le personnel est irréprochable et très professionnel, mais l’établissement gagnerait réellement à être mieux entretenu pour être à la hauteur de son potentiel.

La vue imprenable, et le petit déjeuner.

Établissement vieillissant. Nos fenêtre fermaient grâce a du papier toilette coincé dessous… et les piscines ne font pas très propres….
