Excellent little hotel in a great location opposite the i360 - short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants and opposite a green space - our room had sea views which was nice. Very friendly staff, on reception and in the breakfast area and having read some of the other reviews i was anticipating a few problems but really nothing too much to complain about - we will be back next year!

I always prefer a shower but there was a handheld shower head in the bath but not the end of the world. No AC in the rooms but fan provided so for a 2 star hotel this was really good value

Great location and reasonably priced for Brighton. Staff were friendly and helpful

parking around there is expensive. The hotel was clean but dated, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty sub standard, very basic and limited.

"Its a good cheerful quick stay place"

Place is nice and easy to find, room nice spacious and clean . Ensuite a little small , downside ,the lack of aircon ,relying on table fans . Breakfast great selection ,only thing bacon was very smokey and scrambled eggs bit watery . Not to my taste But was nice toast and range of breakfast ,yogurts ,fruits ,coffee etc.

Excellent location and very polite and helpful staff.

Our bedding was very clean but we did have a hole in the sheet. The shower door had a broken roller which meant we showered with the door open (not a huge problem).

"Hotel ideal para pasar unos días en la playa de Brighton"

La habitación era muy grande aunque algo anticuado el mobiliario. La ubicación en primera línea de playa con vistas al mar. El desayuno tipo buffet estaba muy bien, tipo desayuno inglés. El trato del personal fue excelente. EN general muy buena experiencia.

No había aire acondicionado en la habitación y hubo ola de calor el día que estuve, supongo que es normal que estos hoteles antiguos no tengan aire acondicionado en Inglaterra. Luego el mobiliario está un poco anticuado pero a mi no me molesta, le da un aire clásico a la habitación.

l'emplacement de l'hotel, proche du centre et de la mer, l'accueil du personnel, l'équipement des chambres et leur confort

par contre nous n'avions pas imagi,é que nos chambres en entresol se trouveraient sous le hall d'entrée de l'hôtel ce qui a rendu notre séjour assez bruyant
