Good location. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast could be improved by having plain yogurts as well as fruit ones. And a bowl of boiled eggs would be nice too. We asked for them and they came but, it’s not a difficult thing to provide as a matter of course. And some more fresh fruit …

"Could be so much better with just a few tweaks."

Good location, helpful staff, comfy beds, working shower.

In the room … Stained carpet, old and broken furniture, wardrobe not fixed to wall so unsafe, bathroom not cleaned during our 5 day stay, cracked floor tile, no plug for basin, various chips and scuff marks generally, weeks of dust behind basin. No decaff tea, no dairy free options.
