The Beach Hotel

The price for this hotel was very good. It was very good value and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The bedroom had not been updated for some time but that was fine...... everything worked well in the bedroom and ensuit.

The room was spacious and good mattress and very clean bathroom. Close to the waterfront, pier and Brighton Centre.

The room smelled of fresh paint, and it was difficult to sleep with that smell. The stairs are so dirty, just like the carpet in my room. The walls are paper-thin. I didn't try the breakfast because I was told there were no vegan options.

We like the view room was Location is excellent Room service was quick right from the restaurant underneath where the no free tables left to book . They allowed to check out later free of charge because understood our needs . Breakfast is included in price. Price is was excellent considering it was bank holiday and the view . Very happy and satisfied.

The breakfast was good and staff were very lovely. The rooms themselves are small and dated and could do with modernisation but with it being located on the beach and only a 15 month walk to the town the location is perfect.

The hotel I was not happy with what I had received for the price I paid the room was pockey and small hairs every we're radiator was rusty the barth was dirty...the breakfast was terrible 😐 I could say a lot more but I live it there....

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff

The bed not very comfortable but staff very helpful and breakfast was great.
