Initial impression is one of beautifully preserved grandeur, not a decor detail spared. Staff exceptionally tuned in and helpful. Perfectly appointed room (with the exception of no towel racks in bath) - BUT - incredibly disappointed to discover that management has yet to heed complaints about their rock-hard beds! We were forced to sleep on the sofa or choose the carpeted area of the floor!!! Finally, guests should be forewarned of having to produce 2,000 cash as key deposit with not an ATM anywhere nearby - most inconvenient. Property should be a 10/10, instead of 6/10 - just provide sleepable beds??? Such an easy fix!!!

Big beautiful property, clean spacious room, canopy bed, good lighting, fast internet, great views from the balcony, delightful elephant fountains around the swimming pool, sea-view rooms, there's just so much to like. And the staff, way above average on every level. The breakfast buffet & al-la-carte - so, so good. Located away from the 'busy' area, delightfully quiet.

The king size bed was quite hard (but great pillows) There was no work desk or table and no chair. That was a significant detractor. For folks with leg issues, there's a LOT of stairs. The shower had only luke warm water, not hot.

We were due to stay here 9 nights but cut our break short after 5 nights. Whilst the bedroom was huge, the bed itself was rock hard, probably the hardest bed we've slept in. I went straight to reception to ask for a mattress topper which made no difference reaulting in poor sleep quality. At check in, we were asked upfront for 2000 bhats deposit, cash only. The hotel was extremely quiet, there was only us around the pool for the first 3 days. We went for breakfast on the 1st morning, a la carte, the pastries and staff were nice, but the cooked breakfast was terrible, we left most of it. The area and hotel were too quiet and the rock hard bed made us decide to check out early.

Eine top gepflegtes Hotel, welches den Charme des älteren Stils bietet. Dafür ist es noch wirklich sehr gut in Schuss, was auf eine top Maintenance schließen lässt. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit

We had an amazing stay at Grand Pacific Resort, top top top. Great big rooms, great breakfast, great dinners in the restaurants, great pools, beachfront, perfect service. We're a young couple and really enjoyed it! We just needed a break from busy traveling, and here was just right. As we read in the reviews before, yes it is a bit far from everything, especially if you think Hua Hin is around the corner, but we rented a scooter, so no problem at all, or just use Grab. But most of the time we just enjoyed the surroundings. And yes the interior was probably top modern a few years ago, but everything is well maintained and super clean and outdoor was amazing. Plus the staff was always doing their best job and being helpful at all times.
