Hotel Villa Greta

Abbastanza carino per soggiorni brevi molto comodo, 10 minuti a piedi e ti trovi al centro di taormina nn male, tutto ciò un personale gentilissimo .

Un hôtel plein de charme aux couleurs du pays.

Nice hotel with a great view. Perfect for those who don't mind the walk into town which is 10 mins down some steps. The free breakfast in the morning is nice aswell.

The hotel is quite good. What you would expect from a 2-star I guess (since we've never been to a 2-star I cannot compare with others). Breakfast is scarce as what they give you is what you have to eat. No choice, which was quite a disappointment.

The hotel is up on the hill about 15 mins walk up hill and a load of steps when you get to the hotel, so if you have a bags need a taxi up and down to town which will cost about €20. The bed' are fold out bed and very uncomfortable we had a double which was 2 pushed togther but on my side under the mattress was 2 planks of would were the spring had broke on the bed. Nice view of town and etna but not wort the hassle of hill and bad bed also the toilet smelled of urine all the time which could be just the heat and drains etc.. If you are looking for cheap one night maby but other wise stay somewere else

room standard did not match website photos and the room was noisy and smelled of cigarets :-(

A quirky hotel with fantastic views. The room was pretty basic but functional and the staff very very helpful. It's a 20 minute climb up the steps from the town but that was part of the fun and you can always take a rest and look at the view.

The hotel must be renewed. The furniture is old, the bathroom had a bad smell and the shower was not working properly. The owners are friendly.
