Beach was great location of room

Such a quaint Hotel, away from the high rises. The staff was very accomodating, helpful to answer all of our questions, and took time to make us feel like we were the only guests there for our week long stay.The staff would offer their honest opinion to us about activities and choices for dining. Eugene, Elizabeth, at the front desk, helped us out a great deal, explained things to our many questions. The room was comfortable, AC worked non stop, and we felt like we were home. We would definately rebook a stay here at Talk of the Town when we return to Aruba.

this hotel is across the street from the beachand sunsets,,, and our favorite beach pool bar...named reflections,there are also 4 or 5 little colombian drinking bars in the parking lot that locals also love,the hotel also has a great pool and 2 yes 2 hot tubs and a warm shower when your finished,it is louder then other hotels being near the airport but quite with flights ending at 9pm...but the best part is during carnaval season your are front and center and get to experience that up close ..we also enjoyed all the food and drinks,,,margaritas!!!! and rooms set up dailey, and free beach towels,,,i needed to print some business paper work and they helped me very quickly....fyi ....this is the first hotel ever built on the island so why not help them thrive....David Folts a.k.a. the ice cream man

Talk of the town is affordable, clean well kept and in a great part of town. I definitely go back there.

Great place , staff very friendly but the room needs improvements mirror needs to be change no paper cup in the room a/c works perfectly but need to improve because no remote you actually have to get up & turn it on & off

Absolutely loved our 2 week stay at TOTT! Staff were all amazing and loved the beach across the road. Very short walk to shopping and restaurants. Huge shout out to Marjorie in the restaurant, always has a huge smile and friendly wave!

We moved up our flight and needed a place to stay for one night. Would plan to stay HERE next time!

We booked a 7 night stay here from Friday to Friday as we had read good reviews on this place, but we were extremely disappointed from the first day as there was a strong smell of mould as soon as we entered the room! We thought it would go away but the next day we noticed a lot or mould especially inside the bathroom door. We called the manager who inspected the room and agreed there was mould. They told us they would give us another room so we packed up our things and waited for over an hour but no one came back to us. We decided to have lunch while we waited and sat in the dining area,but no one came to take our order either, so we left and went into town for lunch. We left our email and phone contacts so they could let us know when our new room was ready but no one contacted us! We got back up the hotel hours later and was given another ground floor unit right next to the main road,but it was so noisy we could not sleep! Both my husband and I had come down with a flu just before our trip and we could still smell mould in the new room which we felt was making us even sicker. Finally on Wednesday we decided to check out of the hotel and was told that we could not get any refund on the room. We booked the remaining 2 nights in another hotel and had to pay over $1,000.00 for the room, but it was worth it to have a clean room and finally enjoy a good nights sleep. That was our first and last time at TOTT as it was a horrible experience and we certainly will not be going back!

Location is near to airport (less than 2 Kms, falls in to Zone 1, taxi will costs between $12 to $18). Opp to this hotel are Reflections beach club, Bare foot beach club, other restaurants and Aruba sign board. Market place is walking distance (less than 1 Km, where lot of shopping and restaurants). Hotel is well maintained and clean. Onsite bar and restaurant available, but not much menu options. Breakfast is available for purchase but has to add more items. Onsite vacation store, so you can book tours and rental car etc. Swimming pool is also cleanly maintained.
