Paxos Club Resort & SPA

The property was gorgeous! Very quiet and just a short ride or 15 minute walk to town. The room was spacious and clean! Great shower and lovely soaps provided. The breakfast was a nice addition. The staff was friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive! They were very honest about the rental of a scooter and make very quick changes when we decided that it would be best to rent a car. They even sent a shuttle to pick us up from the port and the driver stopped to let us take pictures overlooking the town when he drove us back to the port on our last day! We very much appreciated that we could order a Freddo cappuccino with our breakfast (charged of course) or whenever we needed a quick pick me up during the day. Also they were so kind to allow us to check in early when we arrived.

Overall really great place and we appreciated the breakfast but it was mediocre and there was no variety from day to day. There could be more vegetarian options provided as well. The freddo cappuccino and general pricing for food at the resort was a bit high. It was very nice that we could go through the resort to rent a car, which was very useful to get to more isolated beaches in the island, but it’s not useful to drive to town since there is such limited parking there. The walk to town is doable buuut not in the middle of August. It’s just too uncomfortable so it would be great if the resort would offer period shuttles to town but unfortunately they did not. Also, we were surprised to find out that they didn’t provide towels for the beach. We’ve stayed in beach towns all over Italy, Spain and Greece and typically beach towels have been provided to us.

La struttura è davvero molto bella

il personale alla reception totalmente non disponibile e incompetente, ad ogni domanda era un “torna domani a chiedere” oppure “chiedi al mio collega” , informazioni approssimative e per nulla all’altezza di una struttura quattro stelle che costa 280€ a notte. Peccato perché il posto è molto bello, ma il personale va assolutamente rivisto

Breakfast by the pool was majestic. Top facilities and very friendly staff. Also they did their best to accommodate a late check out. Really pleased
