"Unclean room. Felt grimy and gross."

Dingy room! MEH!! The lobby area seems nice, clean & modern. The rooms fall short! The late night front desk lady was nice and the morning front desk staff seemed nice. Our room was ok. It felt grimy. We only had 2 full size towels and we were in a double queen bed room and both towels were dingy and worn looking. Not clean, crisp and white. The wash cloths were stained. The shampoo & conditioner bottles were completely empty. There was no extra bedding for the couch bed. We had to request that from the front desk. The blanket that came with the bedding was rough and crusty feeling. We left it in the bag it came in. Gross!! One of the queen beds down comforter was basically another sheet. There was zero fluff or warmth to it. The bed coverlets were also dingy and worn looking. The whole room just felt gross. The shower tiles had broken holes in it and hair under the shower head between the on/off handle and shower head. The tub felt like it had sand in it…either that or it was just rough.
