兄弟の年一回の宿泊でおいしい食事と、和気藹々で楽しいひと時を すごすことができました。

local excellent. staff highly professional. if staff are trained to improve better english, will add extra marks though japan is not an english speaking city.

小さな子ども二人連れでしたが、不自由することなく滞在中楽しめました。 オムツバケツをお願いしたところ、おしりふきまで用意してもらえ嬉しかった。 託児所も清潔で対応も良く、急遽30分の利用も受け入れてもらえて、とても助かりました。

Great hotel for a family trip. Although the location is slightly rural and you can only access by driving (only recommend to those who are on road trip and driving), it is definitely a great place to stay in with spacious rooms, rich amenities and a huge dining hall for breakfast buffet (and great food of course). Very nice attitude from the staff who speaks proper English. Rooms were large and the positioning of the bed offered a great way of watching sunset / dawn through the window.

客室から温泉からレストランまで全て綺麗でスタッフ対応も最高でした。 赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、朝食バイキングの際も座席までバウンサーを持ってきてくださりとても助かりました。
