"Casa comoda e pratica ma da valorizzare"

Posizione perfetta in centro paese ma in via silenziosa, appartamento spazioso e ben disposto cortesia di chi ci ha accolto.

La struttura appare un po trascurata manca di manutenzione negli spazi comuni peccato, il cambio biancheria prevede solo quella da bagno sarebbe utile un kit base per la cucina olio sale sapone. Manca un presidio della gestione. Cortesissima la persona che prepara gli alloggi ma presente solo in alcuni giorni.

Appartamento accogliente e comodo nella posizione, raggiungibile a piedi dal porto.

Da sostituire il divano letto, è la vera unica grande pecca di questo appartamento. Dormirci è stato impegnativo.se si è in 2 no problem..c'è il letto matrimoniale..in 4 qualcuno non avrà un bel ricordo.

letti e cuscini scomodi, pulizia così così, carenza di manutenzione, parti comuni mai pulite in una settimana. mancanza di una lavatrice anche in comune e cambio asciugamani a pagamento.

Casa a due passi dal centro, ben pulita, aria condizionata presente in entrambe le camere. Ottimo staff.

Letti e cuscini un po' scomodi, Mancanza della macchina espresso e mancanza di lavatrice. Se fossimo stati più giorni sarebbe stato molto problematica la situazione.
