This hotel greatly exceeded our expectations. It was perfect four a one-night stay close to the Zagreb airport before venturing out to explore more of the country. We were in a family room with four beds, which was perfect for us - my husband liked the quiet, dark "bed nook" as he is a sensitive sleeper. The breakfast buffet in the morning was one of the best breakfasts we had in our whole 16-day vacation - excellent variety and fresh food. The staff were super friendly and directed us to a nearby dinner spot that we could walk to, that had excellent pizza.

Can't think of anything, really.

Staff were so helpful and accommodating with dietary needs and booking a taxi for us, and the 24/7 reception was much appreciated coming late at night from the airport

It was very clean and breakfast was good.

The room had a very intense odor, it was like perfume that was very intense and irritating. I couldn't sleep well because of it.
