Great location

Location and being right in the beach

When checking in I was down graded to what I paid for and they are working on giving me the difference of $4.17 which is totally not the correct refund amount. They sent me to the concierge desk for key bands and to try and sell us 90 minute walk of the place for some free stuff. I just drove 6 hours and didn’t want to be standing there for 30 minutes listening to her not taking no for an answer. Elevator wait time was Ridiculous My family and I had a great time but I think we will be staying else where next visit.

The location was great.

When I checked in the person gave me my room keys and said I had to go to a different check in to get my wristbands. When I did a lady took my room keys and basically held them while trying to get me to sign up for a time share meeting the next day. I explained I was only there for 1 day and didn’t want to attend. She continued to try to convince me to go and my reply to her was. I really just want to go to my room. This went on for 18-20 minutes. I couldn’t just walk off because she held my room keys hostage until she was done. Also the room was 77 degrees I figured it was because the shades were left open so I closed them. The next morning it was still very hot so I called maintenance which took more time out of my day and the maintenance supervisor told me someone pulled the circuit breaker at the condenser. He had no idea who did it. After that the room finally cooled down.
