Policies listed on this property are not forthcoming. This is a smoke and vape free property but this information is not listed on their website. There are no amenities for adults other than mountain biking in the summer. This resort is not a good place for adults as all amenities are for small children which there are an abundance of. Everything closes at 10pm. Construction ruins any view you would have had. Finding the hotel in the resort takes about 45 minutes to have someone escort you to where to park and then another long walk on concrete and gravel to the hotel. If you’re in town for Yellowstone it is over an hour drive to the West entrance which is much more crowded and long waits to enter. The town of Livingston is the same distance from Bozeman airport and is great for dive bars and night life. It’s the same distance to the north Yellowstone entrance from Livingston which is where the majority of the wildlife are found and is not near as crowded. Service is extremely slow and food is overpriced in the Village Center. Expect at least an hour and a half total time for breakfast each morning. We actually paid for a different hotel in Livingston for 2 nights in addition to this resort we had already paid for, just to get off of this resort and enjoy our time in Montana. Other than the resort, Montana and Yellowstone are amazing to visit and we had a great time when we were off of this resort.

"Policies posted online are misleading… not worth the money!"

2.0

I don’t usually write reviews but this place is not forthcoming with policies. First, if you are looking for a place for adults and night life options this is not the place. It’s catered to small children with children activities and everything shuts down at 10pm. Paid to have breakfast included daily. Expect long waits to be seated and extremely slow service. We booked 2 rooms for a week. Nowhere in their policies on Expedia does it show that this resort is non smoking and non vaping this includes anywhere on the property. Me as a smoker would have never booked a place where I couldn’t smoke. I would have been happy to book elsewhere had I known this upfront. Parking is terrible and far away from the hotel. There are no clear check in instructions and you have to go to a different hotel wait for 30-45 minutes for someone to show you where to park. Unless you are coming here to mountain bike or ski the resort is useless. We came to go to Yellowstone and experience the mountains in Montana. We did a wildlife tour in the north basin of Yellowstone and found a cute town with old time charm called Livingston which is a much better place to stay and about the same distance from Yellowstone, near the upper basin which is where all of the wildlife are. The town has shopping and several saloons with pool tables and darts and everyone is friendly. Livingston is beautiful and is half the price of this resort. We enjoyed the town of Livingston so much we stayed 2 nights there and paid for 2 rooms each night in addition to what we had already paid for those nights at the resort. It was well worth not having to stay at this resort the entire time. The Murphy beds are not comfortable and the pillows are horrible. There were a couple of nice employees but the majority were not. This resort needs to be upfront with their policies but they are greedy and want your money. Oh yeah, there is construction everywhere. So it ruins any nice views you would have otherwise had. Other than everything about this resort, Yellowstone is a must see, Montana is beautiful and we had a great time…. when we were not on this resort. The fireplace in the room is nice except you have to wind it up to turn it on and it only goes for like 15 minutes at a time. Hope this review helps!

"Real nice eith great mountain views in a beautiful village."

Very pleasant and friendly, helpful staff. Only problem is we had to drag our luggage over a distance on gravel, from a very unattractive parking lot. Staff did offer bell service but it seemed more of a hassle to arrange.

See above.

"Wonderful "

10.0

Was a really nice stay. Very nicely appointed room, Murphy bed was actually comfortable, staff was all very friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit confusing at first but they easily directed me where to go for check in and then to park. Can’t drive up to this hotel due to its location right in the Village Center, but they will shuttle you to the door from your vehicle. Hot tub and pool are excellent-they said pool temp is 92, and felt wonderful in the cool mountain air!
