Blue Bay Curaçao Golf & Beach Resort

Our unit at The Shore was great - everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it was spacious and had almost everything we needed for a week-long stay. Parking was convenient. Very friendly staff.

Only one key and fob was given, for a unit that fits 6 adults.. we asked for a second, but only got a key (no fob), so beach access had to be coordinated for our group. Every adult should get a fob. Our unit AC would “lock” at certain times, including the warmest part of the day. Should add instructions on how to override this. Hot water for showers was VERY limited. Towel service inconsistent - some days we wouldn’t get hand towels and/or bath mats. Beach towels should be changed everyday. Breakfast included was nice, but repetitive after a few days. Beach staff at bars/restaurant was friendly, but service to the beach was very slow, even when it wasn’t busy. The beach should be “reset” every night to make sure the tables are easy for the staff to find. Beach shower was very dirty, sometimes with standing water pooled at the bottom. Should have a foot wash. Staff is generally nice and trying their best to hep customers, but management could do better. For example, one day to the next we get different answers to the same questions, which means management is not training staff well enough. Even in the course of one chat on WhatsApp, I got several conflicting responses. At the restaurants, staff should be empowered by management to make common sense decisions - for example, if a child wants just the fruit portion of a breakfast dish, or the fruit and yogurt separately, this should be a simple yes.

Hola! Nos gustó mucho el sitio ya que es privado y muy tranquilo. El apartamento perfecto para 3 con todo lo necesario. Su piscina un plus para disfrutar. Tiene acceso a su playa privada y se puede usar las sillas y asoleadoras. La atención de todos es muy buena. Sitio para repetir. En carro muy cerca el Sambil y el supermercado Centrum.

Todo nos gustó. Es importante saber que se recomienda alquilar carro para moverse. Tuvimos unos temas pequeños del apartamento que se solucionaron.

Las instalaciones muy bonitas, el personal nos brindo toda la asesoria sobre el lugar, y muy cerca a las playas de Blue Bay, totalmente limpias y hermosas.

El Blue Bay se encuentra a 20 minutos en vehiculo de Willemstad, un poco retirado..A tener en cuenta que de la entrada del resort a la recepcion es como 25 minutos a pie. Es necesario desde que llegas a Curazao rentar vehículo para moverte dentro de Curazao y el resort, sin problema.

The property was very comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff were excellent. We loved the courtyard and the pool and the short walk to the beach area was perfect for us. The apartment was well equipped and the property was spacious and felt very safe. The reception staff were very helpful.

Ruim opgezet en niet schoon!

Geen bijzonderheden

super luxe en mooi appartement, alles goed afgewerkt en compleet. Uitzicht op zee was prachtig en de infinitypool was heerlijk. Ruim voldoende handdoeken, welkomstpakket.

Er waren ontzettend veel muggen. Ik woon op Curaçao dus muggen zijn mij niet vreemd maar er waren extreem veel muggen aanwezig. Tip om de puntjes op de I te zetten: ijsblokjesbakje voor in de vriezer zou fijn zijn en sterke ventilatoren in alle ruimtes. De ventilator op het terres was niet sterk genoeg om daar iets van te voelen.
