Imperia Hotel and Suites

Our car was broken into at this property parking lot, they had camera but apparently our car was parked where their camera couldn’t see anything properly. Management and the owner did not respond to our calls, texts, we had to cancel our other bookings made for our trip, we are stressed and had to do cleaning of our car, duct tape the window and watch our car throughout the night and we did not get enough rest because according to the cops, this car is highly in demand and it can get stolen again at night. Expedia did not do enough in helping us either. Do not recommend the place at all

A bit outside the city. Ok value for the money.

Oh it as terrible 4 days without cleaning the room I went to get breakfast I waited 2 hours

Sauna was cold and took hours to heat.

Only issue we had was the fridge. It’s stocked with drinks ( which has a lock on it) and I would prefer to have a fridge to put my own drinks and food in.
