Huge room on a high floor with amazing views of the city looking toward the sphere. Valet parking was easy and fairly quick. All interactions with staff were great - seemed happy to be working there. Shower pressure was the best I've ever experienced anywhere.

Ordered an expensive steak dinner from room service, smiling hotel employee arrived with a plastic take out bag - food was in a cardboard box with plastic utensils! Somewhat awkward seating arrangement in room with sofa on an angle. Miles of empty cabinets for storage but no dishes, glasses, or utensils - apparently you had to request and they would bring to you. Small lighted mirror in bathroom didn't work and the toilet handle had to be held down to flush properly. Yes, I felt safe and comfortable but overall much less than I expected from my 1st stay at a Trump hotel.
