"Due to customer service I will not book there again."

Location was nice and I felt safe.

I had a problem at check in with the manager. Originally when I tried to check in the manager told me my reservation was cancelled and there were no more rooms available for the price I had booked. She told me it was an extra $42 a day for a different room as I was showing her my reservation wasn’t showering cancelled on my end it was very much active. Instead of being helpful she didn’t care and insisted I pay that or I can go across the street to see if other rooms were available. I surely looked online and seen the same room I booked was showing online available for the same price instead. I continued to stay at the counter to pay for another room considering I had drove five hours and was very tired. She was very unhelpful and rude. After booking another room she then walks off and had someone else a nice gentlemen help me check in. The room was nice but wasn’t too much clean. Bugs were in the bathroom and hair was everywhere there. You can tell it wasn’t very clean although was very nice. I again was very tired so I cleaned it myself.

"Nice rooms, service sucked."

The room is nice and the casino is nice. It's not as loud as being in the strip. Smoking is allowed in the casino.

Service was almost none existent. Went to the casino to play and have a drink, the bartender ignored us the whole time but served other people.
