The Chateaux Deer Valley

We had an amazing stay!! The whole staff is very service oriented and made us feel special. Left an anniversary card and gift on the counter. The king suite is spacious complete w a fully stocked kitchen, 2 fireplaces, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Huge king size comfortable bed. Awesome courtesy shuttle! We really appreciated the helpfulness of front desk Olivia, bell men/ shuttle drivers Hawkeye & Brian Fox plus our server at the Stein Erickson Sam. All provided exemplary service!

The Chateaux treated us like royalty - from the check-in experience, to the waitstaff, to the shuttle drivers - we were their honored guests. The room was amazing and the amenities were top notch. It was nice to be able to simply walk across the street and enjoy the base of Deer Valley and hop on a lift to enjoy the views. This definitely tempts me to come back in the winter.

I came to The Chateaux at Deer Valley with very few expectations, simply because I wasn’t familiar with the property. What a remarkable surprise it turned out to be. Our experience exceeded every expectation, and I want to share this feedback directly with the staff who made it possible. Each of you embodies true professionalism, warmth, and authenticity in the way you interact with guests. From the valet team to the concierge staff, bartenders, restaurant (their food was VERY good), wait staff, breakfast team, chef’s and beyond, your dedication and genuine care made our stay exceptional. Theres something quite special happening at the Chateaux. The employees appear genuinely happy. To the management team behind the scenes, you are doing something right. Please continue fostering this healthy work environment. All keep up the excellent work!

Very luxe property but they deliver. Extremely friendly staff, comfortable room, and dinner and breakfast were absolutely top notch.

The staff Mhy,Antoine, Ken, Elena, Olivia, and others are what made this property world class !! From bringing groceries to my door to whipping up special cocktails and the impeccable chef at Cena restaurant this hotel is an absolute world class hotel !!! Must stay !!!

Excellent choice to relax and enjoy the beautiful nature... totally recommend getting a bit extra and get the Deluxe room with the view! worth every penny!

This was an excellent hotel experience in all aspects. Staff was friendly and helpful from our valet/ bellman to the front desk to our waiter at Cena restaurant. Accommodations were excellent and our dinner was absolutely fantastic. Free buffet breakfast was perhaps the best we’ve ever had.

Wonderful stay for our family of 10. The 4-bedroom suite was spacious and comfortable, the staff went out of their way to give us an A+ experience, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant was probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Would highly recommended!
