During my stay, all my interactions with staff were positive. They were friendly and helpful. In particular David, the breakfast server, was upbeat, warm and friendly yet professional when interacting with guests. I spoke with him and was impressed by his kind demeanor. It’s good to see someone who was able to interact with others this way. It got my day off to a good start. I am a retired trainer of customer service, and I love to see when staff know how to interact with others with a positive attitude. Thank you, David! You get 5 stars from me!

Staff, breakfast and David who attended the breakfast room. He was very polite, when he let some younger girls know they needed shoes when they ate. Kept the tables clean and the food well stocked and the coffee hot and fresh!! Clean linens and hot tub room was great!
