Lovely property. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds were comfortable. The windows were open when we arrived so the room was breezy and a good temperature. Lovely sheer curtains to enjoy a bright airy room and wake up to natural light but also an option to shut the curtains completely if you want. There is also a mini bar to purchase chocolates and extra drinks or treats if you wish but also some free goodies like biscuits and a pod coffee machine to use. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, we had 3 rooms booked. The suite for my partner and I was the best. Then we had 2 double rooms, one upstairs which was spacious and one downstairs which was very small but sufficed seeing as only one person from our group stayed in there alone. The staff were friendly when we arrived and promptly got us our keys to our rooms. Easiest check in and check out experience I’ve had in my travels around the UK. Finally, it is a great location, about a 5 minute walk to the nearby beach. There is a pizzeria and a pub nearby too, about 3 minute walk down the hill. Newquay town centre is about a 10/15 minute drive and the hotel provide a list of taxi numbers with your room key to get there if you don’t drive or wish to leave your car parked up at the hotel. The Watergate Bay beach is only around the corner too about a 6 minute drive.

We had no soap, this was only discovered once in the shower so I was left without anything to wash myself. The others I travelled with also said this happened in their room too, so was consistent with the few rooms we booked. Also parking is pretty scarce, we were lucky to get a spot. We arrived and took the last spot, unluckily the guy who drove in after us didn’t get a spot.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein, für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt sicher etwas eng! Die Betten sind klein,ab 1,80 wird es sicher problematisch.

Beautiful suite with balcony and sea view. Excellent food, we ate in the restaurant every night. Great menu and wine choice. We couldn’t have asked for better or more friendly customer service from the staff and owners.
