We always have a good holiday here - it is right next to the sea with a great terrace to sit in the sun and have a drink on.
GGLoved the Seaview and the noise of the waves. So peaceful and an excellent bus service. I would gladly stay there again. As I was with my daughter mc Donald's is only a short bus journey away.
Nothing to dislike
The hotel is right on the sea front, and our bedroom window had an amazing view over the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely and plentiful.

Poor tv dated rooms and not been able to have breakfast bf we departed on the Monday morning
GBThe location is second to none. Right on the seafront, with seating and a bar and restaurant from which you can admire the view. The room was large and very comfortable with a sea view.
It is clear that the property is being updated. it would have been good to have been advised of this on check in, just so as not to be surprised.
GBGreat location, walking distance to St Helier, but buses run every 15 mins. Good selection of restaurants on your doorstep.

Room described as king room with seaview. Not a king room compared to other hotels we have stayed. Bar didn't seem to be open at times. When we did eventually see staff they were pleasant enough

Minor things, milk warm at breakfast, not in special containers, butter hard, asked 2 staff how to get to cinema they did not know. Big things, no hot water, kept being told it would be on in 5 mins, eventually came on after 2 hours, after 10 mins floods, coming through by lights, guests had left their taps on when there was no water, management should of checked rooms for this. We checked out 8pm and got refund. Worse Hotel I have ever stayed in. You should not advertise/use this Hotel.
