"Massage with Cassandra"

I didn't stay at the hotel, but I booked a 90 minute massage at the hotel. Cassandra was excellent! Gave me the pressure I needed!!!! Very sweet and attentive and would recommend her again. I'm a female athlete and I wanted a good amount of pressure, Cassandra delivered for the full experience. Thank you!

"Beautiful stay"

My friends and I are very happy with our stay at Hotel Park City. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere and outdoor vibe are what we were going for. The room we got was spacious/clean. The staff were all friendly and great — shoutout to Rommel and Peter for not only being ready to shuttle us back and forth to the town, but also giving us a quick tour along the way and to Regie for our smooth and personable checkout process. The spa was one of the best we’ve experienced — shoutout to Sophie, Jojo, and Larissa for taking good care of me and my friends. Our stay would have been more perfect if the swimming pool was open, but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10 would absolutely stay again ✨

"Nice room and property"

We stayed one night and appreciated the location. Easy to walk to grocery and a few restaurants. The room was lovely. Two levels. The lower level was a sitting room, fireplace and a nice simple kitchen. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast in. We had a balcony overlooking the pool, golf course and mountain. Enjoyed the sun and reading. The bed was vey comfortable. Bonus there was a washer and dryer! Bathroom was large w shower and soaking tub. Everyone was friendly. There was always coffee, tea and water in the main area. Decor is beautiful and fits with the outdoor vibe.

The property is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The management, however, needs to be improved. At the pool, there were very few attendants and in most cases were quite aloof. There should be more attention given to the guests who are lounging by the pool. Most importantly, there was no supervision over the children who were quite out of control. Riding their scooters around the pool and throwing objects into and across the pool which was quite upsetting to the guests. The parents were complicit in this bad behavior. The staff should have been actively present to prevent this very unsafe and disruptive behavior yet they were no where to be found or chose not to get involved.

"Unfortunately poor experience at this hotel."

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially considering how expensive the rooms are at the hotel. The Wi-Fi was not working in the hotel when I arrived, but I wasn't informed of that when I checked in. For some reason, the Wi-Fi would connect after several attempts and then disconnect within a minute. It would then take 10-15 minutes of effort to try to connect again. I called the front desk, and they sent someone to check on it. The engineering personnel said that the Wi-Fi had been in and out all day and that there was nothing they could do. I needed Wi-Fi to do some work, but that wasn't happening. Another annoying thing about the room was that there was no desk to work from. There was a table that could be used as a desk, but it was not within a cord's reach of a plug. When I checked out, the front desk confirmed that the Wi-Fi had not been working for several days.
