The hot tub didn't have the greatest Jets and could have been a little better and elevator was very slow

"They should have a “Whites Only Sign” Hanging"

The bed and pillows

The noise campaigns from staff and other customers. The lack of friendly customer service due to my race. The housekeeping camped in front of my door almost all day everyday and gave poor housekeeping service. Not all utensils for the kitchen was there. It was very very noisy during my stay.

Moved to a bigger room because of noise. Staff was proactive in taking care of us. All staff were kind and helpful. Continental breakfast was good. Quiet.

Having to use the north entrance. Be nice to have cardbscanner at front entrance
