"WOW! Great hotel in a great location."

First time staying in Seaside FL and decided to stay at The Watercolor. Loved it. Arrived a few days before Christmas and the hotel was super quiet. Would certainly come back again this time next year. I’m sure it gets very busy in the season. Was high 60’s / 70 degrees at Christmas. Perfect! Hoping to come back in Sept if not again this time next year. Clean, friendly, beautiful hotel and pools. Right on the beach and perfect location to walk up to Seaside and grab breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very cool spot

One of the best vacations ever. You will not be disappointed. The most beautiful beach in the US. The best coffee shops and towns. The resort was 10/10.

"November weekend getaway with my wife!! Watercolor Inn is our favorite property on 30A. Off season visits are great."

A perfect spot located on the beach with friendly staff and excellent amenities. The view of the gulf from our room is was very relaxing, FOTW was convenient and plenty to do on property, no need to leave.

"Short trip to 30A"

We always enjoy our time at Watercolor. The staff was great, the room was great, and the beach was great!! We had a short trip to 30A to round out a football weekend and as always Watercolor did not disappoint!

"Love Watercolor"

Love, love, love 30A. We don’t visit often in the summer months but boy is this area busy! This resort is in a great location. Easily walkable to Seaside. Rooms were great, but expensive. Fish Out Of Water is always a hit to dine at. Pool service could use some work but I would stay here again.

Location was perfect. The facilities were clean and plenty of options.

The Fish out of water restaurant was not a good experience. Food was below average and the service was not good.

"Wow, What an experience."

Wow, what an experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the location. The view of the gulf from our room was incredible. Just steps away to the Beach Club (pool, food and beach access). Walkable to shops, restaurants and to Seaside.
