Americas Best Value Inn Beeville

My room was not ready. Overbooked. But ready soon after. Nice room no elevator and stairs a a bit sketchy...need to be renovated. The stairs. The rooms have been upgraded. I found a full set of clothing in my room. I am assuming hotel staff did not do a great job of cleaning. Blankets very thin..need thicker comforters. Or just comforters.

It’s ok the manager and the house keeper was very nice and friendly the housekeeper made sure we had enough towels for our stay and checked up on us I would stay again the next time in Beeville

A nice old school hotel with its own oasis. Super helpful and friendly lady checked us in.

The host shocked pool at check in time,had to wait couple of hours,no pillows,no controller for television,very basic,not what was pictured on site,not hospitable

Very safe and clean the pool was very clean

I booked this room for my 85yo grandmother and my sister. Upon arrival at 10pm they were told to wait 15min because the room wasn’t clean so they had to wait in the car. When the finally got in there was no soaps, and upon pulling back the sheets they were slept in previously and had hair in them! My grandmother who just had a stroke was so tired she just fell asleep on the comforter. So my sister did the same because they were just too tired to do anything else after their drive. The next morning when they went to discus’s conditions there wasn’t a soul in the office so everyone just placed all their keys at the desk and left. How disgusting not to change the sheets and sad to hear my poor grandmother passed out on a dirty bed. Will never stay here again and I’ll make sure everyone knows not to either.
