Caribbean Shores Waterfront Resort

When I arrived at my unit the Wi-Fi and one of the tv’s was not working- I texted the property mgr Tom stating that I would be away most of the next day for it to be restored - received a text response “ok” - it was never repaired nor did I hear from him again - grounds are nice but service leaves a lot to be desired - incurred extra expense using my personal data plan -

Booked a room and paid up front but never received any information on how to check in or receive key. Attempted to contact property dozens of times via phone calls, email, and even messaging them on their social media accounts. Never heard back. I had to rebook somewhere else a few hours before we got to FL. Would not recommend booking with them!

Very nice, clean & convenient to restaurants. Would definitely return.

This place is peaceful with a nice view. Property is well maintained and clean.

This resort was great. It was small, comfortable and we loved the the time we stayed there. We would highly recommend it. April 2022

Older buildings, old Florida type setting. Clean, comfortable . Near good restaurants.
