Caribbean Shores Waterfront Resort

No one was there to greet us. Our room was not ready. Other customers walked into our room stating it was theirs. I requested to see a manager and left messages no has called. When speaking to other guests I was doubled charged for my room. When comparing rooms we had identical rooms.

Horrible staff. No one answered the phone when I tried to check in Saturday night. Staff never responded to my texts. Staff never Responded to the messages I left with their answering service. After waiting for two hours, I had to find others rooms for my family on a Saturday night. DONT STAY HERE!!!!

Very clean and looks to be recently updated. Noticed several families staying there. It was just me and my husband and the Jr. Suite was very comfortable.

We showed up at 7 pm. There were no cars. There were no workers. Finally I found the office. Locked. Called the number on the door, waited on hold, reached a call center. She said to call the number I just called that went to her. Then she said she would call back. One hour later, nothing. We drove 30 mins to another hotel, and 3 weeks later after a dozen calls, Expedia won’t refund us. Do not go here!

Very clean property. Very friendly staff. Excellent location on the Indian River. Bed was very comfortable.will stay here again.

Tiny bedroom, door wouldn’t even close or it would hit the bed. Tv volume didn’t work. Advertised as on the water but construction made it impossible to access..... overpriced for that reason.

Everything about this place was awesome. The grounds are gorgeous and exceptionally maintained. The rooms are immaculate. I would not hesitate to come back and will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Very nice, recently updated rooms. None of the gas fir pits lit and it was very cold, so could not enjoy the outdoor areas. Overall, very nice!

We stayed 3 nights and were ready to leave after the first night. The manager is barely on the property. Tom (manager) was very rude and harassed me and my guest. If we visit the area again we will definitely not be staying there. The only thing we liked was the fishing pier but it's not worth the money or experience.
