Sehr nettes und bemühtes Personal. Super Lage.

Beklemmend kleines Zimmer in Blau. Kam auf dem Foto in Hellgelb größer rüber. Einrichtung inklusive Parkettboden schwer in die Jahre gekommen. Spinnweben und Staub in den Ecken. Klimaanlage schlecht - entweder Sturm/zu laut oder kaum merklich. Ausblick auf Baustellenhauswand. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig.

Sehr gute Lage, direkt am Eingang zur Altstadt. Alles gut erreichbar. Wenn man Glück hat, Parkplatz 50 Meter com Hotel entfernt. Gutes Frühstück.

great location and fantastic room.

pretty disorganised. When I arrived they were apparently supposed to ask me for my car reg no so I could get out of the car park. However when trying to leave, the system apparently needed my reg no registered with the car park so we couldn’t leave and held up loads of people while I went back to the hotel to try to sort it. However that paled into insignificance when we went to breakfast at just after 9.0 (breakfast served till 10.0). There was was no hot food left and the guy told us the kitchen was closed. Even the cold food was pretty much gone and no attempt made to refill. No coffee or tea offered. After we turned up for breakfast, another four couples arrived to be told the same thing re. the kitchen. At this price, and breakfast included I was pretty disappointed. The staff appear to be untrained and unaware. It really did spoil what could be a really fabulous place.
