The location off 81 and spending time with my son

I got this place because they had a hot tub. Of course, it was broke when we got there. In the future, money should be taken off the bill or at least given some notice to change hotels. To pay over $200 a night and not get what you are expecting is extremely disappointing. This is the second time I have got a hotel through booking and the hot tub was broke.😡

Great location. Friendly staff.

Coffee pot broken in room, no butter in kitchen, shower head was horrible - either came out like bullets or not enough water to cover body, toilet was put in diagonal, toilet seat didn't fit toilet, smoking area right outside the main door to get in so you were constantly walking through smoke, the dispensers for shampoo, conditioner were extremely hard to squeeze- had to use bottom of hand and push on it, bathroom molding cut wrong
