Our two bedroom cottage was perfect for two couples.

Staff were friendly and the compound was beautiful!

The rooms were a bit dated and not well maintained as expected for the cost. The first room we got had a musty smell that did not dissipate even after opening the room’s window. Since the hotel was not filled, the staff were kind to move us. The second room we got did not have shower gel stocked in the bathroom. However at that point we did not bother, as we were only there for one night.

Everything was amazing.

Staff was not well informed and I found them bit slow. Only person who kept it up to the mark was Mansoor at reception and Rayn the buggy guy.

Staff were friendly and considerate. Property was lovely. Views exceptional.

The hotel grounds were very picturesque. Hotel was very clean and quiet.

Expensive. Not very kid friendly. The electric bicycles were only to be used by people 19+. Not alot of activities in evening for guests. Far from most attractions and restaurants.

The ocean, cleanliness, and ammenities.

The front desk lady (Makayla) didn’t call me about my late checkout request. Then never gave me eye contact again. I called the next morning to ask about late checkout and let them know where I was from and how far I’d traveled asking for a late checkout. She said she remembered me from last night and that she had asked her boss and that I couldn’t have a late checkout time. I didn’t realize it was her so that’s why I explained my situation. Good customer service says that the part about how she remembered me from last night (shushing my input) is poor customer service! She made sure to remind me that she knew who I was already, yet she didn’t even give me the courtesy to let me know her boss had said no. And didn’t say that she had forgotten. It seemed like she just didn’t let me know (0 courtesy.) Then when I wanted to use the beach trolley (save some time) because I had a virtual appointment at 10 AM, the front desk lady (same) said the staff was late for work and if I could wait 30 minutes (???) I could get one. That obviously defeated the whole purpose of the trolley and trying to save time. Her rudeness painted my trip and it’s really all I can think about. I’m sick of being treated poorly by people! Period! I’ll never go back.

The rooms were excellent and my wife and I really enjoyed dinner and the waiter.

When i checked in I asked the front desk if breakfast was included. I was told no but there was a $20 credit per person towards their breakfast. In the morning after ordering coffee and before ordering food I confirmed with the waitress what I had been told. She came back and told us the chef had said no we had no credit. Not really a problem. The coffee was the worst coffee I'd had during our stay on the island so we were comfortable skipping breakfast. Just embarrassingly felt like I was swindling a free breakfast.
