The staff and charm along with location and restaurant on site.

The AC in the room was very loud making it very difficult to sleep. They also need a new bed.

The HVAC was so loud we did not sleep well and were not able to turn it off. The fn setting choices were Auto or On. The system made noise at all times, then became much louder when cooling. The bathroom was very small but useable. I would not recommend this room to anyone who is overweight, you will not fit in the shower stall. I understand this is a very old building making it difficult to modernize, but we slept very little due to the noise.
