Very accommodating, excellent assistance when asked about the TV not working, they fixed it while I was out to supper! And when asked for a room with a bathtub they accommodated.

Nice room, clean, quiet and free breakfast.

It was a really nice place. But the sofa bed had candy wrappers in it when we opened it.

I stayed for two nights. They charged my card and extra 48 dollars and refused to tell me why or give me a receipt. We did not receive and housekeeping services the whole stay. They didn't even bring us clean towels the second day. The breakfast looks fantastic in the pictures but it was terrible all the way down to serving frozen butter. One waffle maker for all the guests so your unlikely to get waffles unless you have an hour to wait. Went to the front desk and complained about no towels. They said we will send someone right up. No one ever came. Tried to reach out to booking.com about the extra charges. Emailed three times. Never got a response from them either.

The staff was great. The bed was comfortable. Didn't hear outside noise or internal noise from fellow guests. A very relaxing night's stay.
