"Uncomfortable due to fan noise and no towels"

Good location next to the mall and highway.

The heater fans was on constantly and was very noisy. You turn it off and got no heat. Turn on and never stop...loud and noisy.. no customer services and no towels was replenish or room clean in two days stay.

Great breakfast and pool facilities. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Elevator broke the morning we were checking out, so I (mom traveling solo with kids) had to bring lots of items down the stairs to the car.
