"Good"

Check in & out was great! Friendly staff. I didnt realize there was no hot tub (my fault) & pool was tiny. Their "black out" curtains were no where near black out. Being a sensitive sleeper as soon as the sunrise hit, I was up. The curtains don't even cover the whole window which let in a lot of light. There was a huge stain on the comforter when we arrived. Also breakfast was subpar. No healthy options.

"Not standard size mattresses—-small!"

Close to food, shopping

Beds are smaller—queen bed felt like a double bed. Sofa bed is actually a single trundle bed that requires sleeping on the floor. “Queen” bed mattress was very soft and uncomfortable. Property didn’t list laundry services but I did see it on the premises.

This was our second time staying here as we passed through Sioux Falls. The hotel is nice and clean. There is a decent breakfast. It is convenient to dining and shopping. My son left his wallet in the room which we did not discover until we got home. The staff had found it and were very prompt in their response to get it mailed back to us. We appreciated all their help with this situation.
