Helpful staff. Really nice big modern room. Most comfortable bed on our trip. Nice bathroom with good shower and tub. Fridge in room. BBC English channel on TV. Wifi good. We did not get the breakfast. Really easy free parking. A five minute walk to the bus stop (Platform M - Ferney Centre) where you get the #60 bus that takes you to the train station in Geneva. From there, you can easily walk down to the waterfront or transfer to another bus or tram. Note you do not get the free Geneva Transport Card because the hotel is in France and a one-way ticket for the bus to Geneva is 4.60 CHF. You can buy the ticket on the bus or at a machine using your credit card. Highly recommend.
