The welcome

Good location, easy access to the old city & a few minutes walk to Al Aqsa. Shops & restaurants nearby.

Bathroom in one of the two rooms we booked was extremely small and difficult to get in & out of the shower. The rooms could be cleaner. There is a communall ironining facility available for guests, however no provision to hang ironed clothes in that area and no place to get water for the iron. Which makes it impractical especially when ironining multiple items. Perhaps the hotel can consider some installing rails to hang clothes in the ironing area, especially for pilgrims ironing long abayas & thobes. The light in our room did not work during our stay, we did not complain as we were on Umrah & were practicing tolerance. Had to request for spoons during breakfast to eat yoghurt etc. Very limited fresh fruit options (apple , orange) everythinb else is sugared. The lady at reception was very helpful and provided information. Would recommend the hotel to others, minor things mentioned in this review can easily be remedied by hotel management to improve guest experience

It was a good location, front desk staff were friendly and the room was big

Well the hotel is dated. The room was clean but my balcony wasn't. It was covered in cigarette ash. The cafe was closed and the breakfast was poor.
