Il costo; ma bisogna considerare che è nella media degli Hotel al centro. Se si vuole risparmiare bisogna andare in periferia

Location is very good, comfort and cleanliness was excellent. The room is spacious enough for two people. The bathroom has a window, which is always a nicer option than a simple ventilation. Staff was very welcoming.

The water mixer in the bathroom was a bit tricky until you get the right temperature - it was either too hot or too cold, but eventually it works. Not a dealbreaker at all for us.

El desayuno era muy completo, variado , abundante y rico. La habitación es muy linda y cómoda, como también el baño. La ubicación depende de lo que uno necesita porque Madrid es muy grande. Está cerca de la puerta de Toledo.

El precio que es realmente alto, sobretodo porque viajé sola.. Es más: me alojé 9 días y a fin de mes quise volver 4 días y estaba carísimo, posiblemente por la visita del Papa.

Great location, close to the main attractions and great bars/restaurants. I was there with my two kids, they loved the pool/jacuzzi. Staff was second to none, exceptionally helpfull. Rooms and other areas really clean. This is a 3- stars hotel, so don't expect bells and whistles, but if you are happy with a reasonable priced hotel with all things I've mentioned above, you will not be disappointed. To be honest, this is one of the best 3-star places I've ever stayed.
